Led 50+ client implementations for a B2B ecommerce platform, covering discovery, configuration, and launch coordination.
Owned integration planning across ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
Taught myself front-end customization work so I could ship client-facing changes directly when the situation needed it.

University of California, Santa Cruz

My history background shows up most clearly in Terra Tempus, where editorial credibility matters as much as the code.

History training is part of why I care about source grounding and careful editorial work.
The literature side sharpened the explanatory writing that now shows up in product specs, UX copy, and project documentation.
