Senior product manager, hands-on builder, technical delivery leader

I lead the product work and stay close enough to build it.

I'm a senior product manager at Treeline Interactive, a digital consulting agency, and I build software of my own. Across 6+ years, I have delivered 10+ products across web, iOS, and Android, including Verdict, Terra Tempus, Centerline, and the Focus Graphics platform.

The longer version

I'm a senior product manager at Treeline Interactive, and I build software of my own under Endpaper Labs.

Leading client work keeps my own projects honest about scope. Building my own apps end to end keeps my product calls grounded in what it really takes to ship and support software.

Before Treeline I ran B2B commerce implementations at WebJaguar, which QAD acquired: more than fifty client launches, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite. I studied history and literature at UC Santa Cruz, which is where I learned to check sources and write plainly.

Staying involved from the first product decision through release keeps tradeoffs visible, and it means I can fix what breaks after launch.

How I work

I move between three modes depending on what the work needs, and I stay with a product after it ships.

  • Lead the product work

    Discovery, scope, roadmap framing, delivery coordination, and the tradeoffs that keep a project focused.

  • Build it when that helps

    Implementation, debugging, technical design, and release details when the work needs direct ownership.

  • Run what goes live

    Billing, analytics, deployments, store releases, content pipelines, and ongoing maintenance.

Senior Product Manager

Treeline Interactive

Senior Product Manager since August 2026, after Product Manager (July 2025) and Project Manager II (June 2022). I lead product delivery for client mobile and web products and stay involved in implementation, releases, and technical decisions.

  • Lead discovery, scope, delivery, and launch for mobile and web products spanning startups, nonprofits, and enterprise clients.
  • Helped lead AA Grapevine and La Viña across four production apps that serve 20K+ monthly active users with a 4.7-star rating.
  • Work directly on requirements, UI behavior, API debugging, technical tradeoffs, and release readiness.

2020–2022

Project Manager, then Lead Project Manager

WebJaguar (acquired by QAD)

Where I learned B2B implementation work: onboarding, integrations, and the realities of commerce software.

  • Led 50+ client implementations for a B2B e-commerce platform at a 98% on-time rate, from discovery and configuration through launch.
  • Planned integrations with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
  • Taught myself front-end customization work so I could ship client-facing changes directly when the situation needed it.

BA, US History and Modern Literature (double major)

My history background shows up most clearly in Terra Tempus, where editorial credibility matters as much as the code.

  • History training is part of why I care about source grounding and careful editorial work.
  • The literature side sharpened the explanatory writing that now shows up in product specs, UX copy, and project documentation.
